This area of our website is designed to provide our Clients and Medical Providers with secure online access to information relating to our International Healthcare Plans. It is available to Employers, Employees, Individual members, and to our Preferred Medical Providers.
Here you have the opportunity to view Plan and Benefit details, to verify coverage, to download forms and documents, to check the status of claims, to find details of our networks of medical providers, to request a replacement membership card, and to contact LAMP with any questions or comments you may have about our products and services.
