By clicking on the appropriate links opposite, you can view General Information about your International Healthcare Plan and download our Table of Benefits, Application Forms, and Claims Forms.
Or, if you are in possession of your Username and password you can login to our secure Client Services Centre for specific information relating to your Group Plan. Here you will be able to access Online Documents (such as Claim Form, Medical Provider Network List, Policy Document, Table of Benefits), your Employee Coverage Profile, the facility to request a new ID Card for an Employee, review the status of Claims submitted and processed, and print an Explanation of Benefits.
Once you have logged in for the first time you will be able to change your password, and update your user profile.
